Amazon's Kindle Fire HD tablet has been upgraded and unveiled at a starting price of $139 (Rs. 8,700 approximately). The new Kindle Fire HD is now available for pre-order from Amazon and will be shipping from October 2. The New Kindle Fire HD comes in two storage variants, 8GB model priced at $139, and 16GB model priced at $169.

The New Amazon Kindle Fire HD comes with a 7-inch display with 1280x800 pixels resolution which is about 66 percent more pixels that its predecessor and 216ppi (pixels per inch) pixel density.
