iQOO Neo 3 5G mobile was launched on 23rd April 2020. The phone comes with a 6.57-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of  1080x2408 pixels at a pixel density of 400 pixels per inch (ppi) and an aspect ratio of 20:9. iQOO Neo 3 5G is powered by  an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor. It comes with 6GB of RAM. The iQOO Neo 3 5G runs Android 10 and  is powered by a 4500mAh battery.  The iQOO Neo 3 5G supports proprietary fast charging.
 As far as the cameras are concerned, the iQOO Neo 3 5G on the rear packs a 48-megapixel (f/1.79) primary  camera;  an 8-megapixel (f/2.2)  camera, and  a 2-megapixel (f/2.4)  camera. The rear camera setup has phase detection autofocus. It sports a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfies with an f/2.0 aperture.
The iQOO Neo 3 5G runs iQoo UI is based on Android 10 and packs 64GB of inbuilt storage. The iQOO Neo 3 5G is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The iQOO Neo 3 5G measures 163.71 x 75.55 x 8.93mm (height x width x thickness)  and weighs 198.10 grams. It was launched in Night Black and  Sky Blue colours.
 Connectivity options on the iQOO Neo 3 5G include Wi-Fi  802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, GPS, NFC, and  USB Type-C. Sensors on the  phone include fingerprint sensor. The iQOO Neo 3 5G supports     face unlock.
