Thomson 43-inch Oath Pro 4K Android LED TV User Reviews and Ratings

Few months back only Bought 9A series Thomson TV which is not functioning well since it was delivered and since last 2 weeks not getting switched on only. It's in warranty. Several time wrote emails and calls to Thomson customer care but no one is listening my issue. Somehow last week they sent technician and technician confirmed it's a motherboard issue and it has to be replaced. After that I made so many calls but noone is bothering about my complaint. Now really feeling helpless and cheated. Kindly help me in resolving my issue.

This review is one month post usage. This is for anyone who is searching for an android smart tv and is confused about this brand, then the intention of my post is to clear the air. Thomson is a known European brand relaunched in India. THIS PRODUCT IS VALUE FOR MONEY. At this price one could not find a better product. Picture quality, finish, sound, remote are class apart. I strongly recommend this product to everyone. No one will regret it.

Excellent product, in pocket friendly budget. Picture quality is excellent, use jio fiber for 4K videos. Only 120 W power consumption, so don't worry about electric bill. Light weight, u can easily move to other room. Sound quality is good. Use android apps to share mobile screen on TV. Overall I must place this purchase in excellent category.
