I wanted this for my parents as it is how and cold AC. Getting this model in Pune is difficult. So had to ordered it from Noth. Awesome product as it does the job of keeping the room warm in winters and cool in summers - much required for elderly parents even in city like pune.

Overall a good product, warms room very well, has a thermostat hence cuts off heating when desired temp are acheved. It is a little noisy when heater is used, doesnt sound much on cooling.
