Bought it from KCC shops (Vivek) Chennai through Amazon. A good shopping experience.1. Seller: I requested KCC to supply the AC on weekends. They honoured my request.2. Delivery : AS expected.3. Installation: There was a arrangement failure in the starting, but things were sorted out later.4. Product : Color : Red colour is really misleading. Actually this is dark Maroon or Burgundy types. Looks better than average ACs. Operation: Very silent and working perfectly. Features: Quite feature rich, all kinds of filters, fungus proof n all.5. Value : Total value for money in INR 25.6 K.Total ownership cost : INR 31.5 K (including INR 2.5 K of installation, INR 1.7 K for stabilizer and INR 500 for socket board) . The cost is without the cashback, as I have still not received the INR 2.5 K cashback from Amazon.

Bought after lot of research. Cooling capacity is important for achieving quicker cooling and Eer is important for power saving. This AC gives good balance at decent price. I am planning to use 2 hrs daily for max 3 months in a year in Pune. Extremely happy with result of this a/c. Service is dependent on city to city. I found quick delivery and great on time installation by authorised representative from voltas. Paid 4500 installation charges but knew upfront due to long piping. Overall good buy. Call voltas service center locally before buying to avoid all hassles.

Ac is good cooling is fast compare 2 another ac brand 100 % copper whis is for long life with read colour perfect ac

AC is really awesome, my room 10x10 and it's freezing in 30 mins. Better for a small room :)

Good AC, Only pain is not so smooth process of installation.

Big catch as far installation goes. They say the standard installation is 1500 but the charge for installation is almost 3000 rs as they do not give the bracket or water pipe which is mandatory for any installation. Wrong selling by Voltas. Pls be careful while buying offline or online. I would say avoid Voltas products. I have other two AC by sharp and all brackets, pipes everything is covered in 1500.

Dear all never buy a eltronic products from flipkart. You will loss your control. I ordered ac and it will delivery on 23rd April 2017. But I recived default products and till the day the issue not resolved. I tried calling flip kart but not yet resolved the issue till the day.

Pathetic service by voltas technician rude and before visiting informed that if it is on outside window gallery he will not fix as voltas does not provide safety belt.Than he visited and said canot do as it is on hight that is 6 th floor and risky even after i providing safety belf from my side which voltas should have done .I fail to understand that how voltas could not fix it outside when other brands did the same on even on 10 floor of same building with same condition.And when call Amazon they say sorry contact Voltas and calling voltas is the best they don't understand what we say and keep transfering to one person to other and keep on hold till u disconnect this happend 3 times.I regret buying from Amazon and felt cheated by both specially Voltas .given 1 star only for on time delivery otherwise pathetic.
