Works well, quiet, efficient and great price. Energy saver mode is also quite cooling

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.The copper pipe was missing...Amazon refund the money to Amazon pay balance , not to my bank account.The indoor unit looks totally different than the photo. According to me The AC looks better than the photo.I must say the AC works really well.

Product is good But the person came for installation are not installed it properly They fit it band and water is coming inside house ,when there's rain ..complained to the person came for installation...but months gone but no service given by voltas till Now.

1. No extended warranty(5yrs) for voltas AC if you buy online.2. Power consumption of this model is very high. (~6 units per day 7-8 hrs with sleep mode, outside temp-28-32c)3. Installation and services were very bad and it costed me 3300/- service - 1800(1499+GST), stand - 800 , wrapping tap - 400(actual 80), water pipe 3 meter - 300 ( actual 180)4. Noise level is more, external unit fan sound is high than mentioned in the manual.

 Very bad service from Voltas AC customer care and unprofessional behavior from servicing people. INSTEAD OF SERVICING THE AC TECHNICIAN DID NOT EVEN TROUBLESHOOt the problem of water leakage and asked me to buy a pipe and handle the problem
