Samsung Level Active In-Ear Headphones Launched for 'People on the Move'

Samsung on Monday announced its in-ear headphones Level Active for $99.99 (roughly Rs. 6,700), aimed at people who are into sports, exercise, and other outdoor activities, or as Samsung puts it 'people on the move'. The in-ear headphones can be connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth and be used while exercising, running etc.

In terms of comfort, the headphones come with soft silicon earhooks that wrap over the entire ear to ensure that the headphones stay in place, while its wingtips come in two sizes to fit according to the user's ear. "Additionally, the in-ear eartips also come in three different sizes, not only providing a comfortable fit but also preventing distractions from outside noise," Samsung said in a statement.

Level Active earphones come with an ultra-thin P2i nano-coating, which covers the inside of headset and protects it. The company claims that the earphones are "splash resistant" and will not get damaged by sweat when users are engaged in physically strenuous activities.

The Samsung Level Active in-ear headphones can be connected to your smartphone by long-pressing the Bluetooth icon on the controller you can also play/pause, change tracks as well as volume with the help poof the controller after the initial connection has been established.

In order to gain more functionality and customisability out of the earphones, you can download latest version of Samsung Level app. You can choose the notifications that you receive when your smartphone is connected to your headphones during the workout, or even connect clock, timer or S Health app to Level Active using this app.

Samsung's Level Active earphones will be available since Friday in the US and will be making their way to Europe, China, Russia, Turkey, South Korea, and other countries very soon, as per company's website.
