Effective cooling 1.6 unit per hour during day (direct sun at roof). In sleep mode it consumes 6 units over 8 hours. Installation was good same day. So far so good. November 2017 max power 1750 watt, turbo mode is super cool. Use ceiling fan with AC for better performance and current savings. A good buy

Blue star always rocks. Amazon should check product manufacturing, I received six month old manufactured product, but working perfectly 👍

The item was good but the year of manufacture date is 02/2017and this makes me unhappy. It took 5 days to deliver the item and on the same day of the delivery installation is completed.Even though the installation is free of cost you should be ready to spend around 1.5 k for drain pipe and outdoor unit stand which is not mentioned in the description. The default outlet water drain pype is very small and we should buy additional 2 or 3 meters. I started using it since 2 days and it is very speed colling and easy to use. Overall good ac with old inventory.

Received 2017 manufactured model, didn't expect this to happen as the product description from the manufacturer is misleading, it is mentioned that the Inverter AC is 3 star 2018 rated one. Apart from this problem, the delivery and installation of the AC was perfect and fast (3 days). Performance of the AC is nice, cools the room rather quickly. I request the seller (Cloudtail) to not mislead people and clearly mention the manufacturing year of the product clearly.

In just one day of installation water is coming out of indoor unit by from outdoor tube.. now raised a case with blue star need to see their response

Worst product. After instalation it didn't work. Dont belive.

It often gives headache. Pls don't ever think to buy this product. I have enough proof to avoid this ac. Spare parts are very costly and very difficult to find inverter ac mechanic.

Useless service bluffing customes

Bluestar Service is very poor service. With out call and visits complain is automatically close.

Worst AC No cooling

The Installation team did not pack the hole they made to the wall despite several requests. The water is coming into the house when it rains.
