i purchase new ac from blue star ,after 3 days of follow up ac is not install on my home , very poor servises

I have purchase 5 ac of blue star, in one of the ac there is problem of cooling. I have made complain through customer care no .since last more than 5 days no respond from technicians. The service is very poor. I suggest not to purchase ac of blue star.I have very bad experience. I have call in customer care every day since last 5 days.

Very poor & irresponsible service and staffs.

Customer Service charging double the amount and no option to raise the issue in Blue star customer support. for any technical issue, Blue star gives it to a third-party vendor. but third party vendor charging the amount in double and there is no option to raise the issue in blue star and we cannot directly connect to customer care voice support.

This air conditioner is an absolute pleasure. With precision cooling, this just tops it off. The AC itself is pretty silent and the inverter technology seems to work fantastic. So many fantastic features in this air conditioner. Certainly the best air conditioner we have ever had

Bit noise .. but manageable, the outdoor unit is big, if u have a small window it might won't fit, but AC is working good. Less energy consumption. I liked it

The AC was delivered one day after the scheduled delivery date due to shortage of transport van by the Delhivery delivery persons. Although, the condition of the packing and product was good. Bluestar did not call for installation, so we got it installed by our familiar technician. The cooling performance is good and airflow is also fast. The energy efficiency is also great. But, it lacks features like horizontal auto swing, though it costs more than 43 thousand. Other supported features work decently. Overall, a decent product for this price.

Cooling is really good. But the only problem is it has some electricity kind of noise which gets irritating at night when everything is silent. You would feel as if u are sleeping below the electricity tower.

The blue star technician was pathetic. He charged me above normal rates and didn't provide me the proper invoice. He provide me the receipt and didn't make the carbon copy of that receipt. This is certainly going to do fraud to his own company as he charges me above normal pricing.Not very convinced with the service thats why giving it a 3 star.

Don't go on beauty of this product, this is worst A.c i ever seen, I bought Bluestar 5 star inverter a.c thinking of brand value of company. Its been three year now and have written so many mails to blue star team they send their technician but could resolve cooling issue, at the last they said that is running on its full capacity, better go for Daikin.

Air conditioner is good and delivery is nice but when times for extended warranty by Amazon for 4 years are denied by blue star , what's that means written by Amazons partner's offer when bluestar totally denied any kind of extended warranty for another 4 year's after 1 years comprehensivewarrenty over. And also Amazons customer care member tells there is paid extended warranty becuase nothing 'free' wording mentioned here so you have to pay it. Totally false commit by Amazons to sell products

�Good design & nice cooling but getting some uneven noise in cabineven they changed my AC but that new AC also getting that same sound night time it will irritate you
