Product has good cooling efficiency and covers alot of space in cooling

No need of AC. It is not less than AC. Speed is like a storm. Cooling quality is very good. Blindly go for it. BLUE STAR brand name is enough. I recommend everyone to by only this product, those who are going to purchase a desert cooler. It can provide cool air to the whole family. Sound is not very loud or very less. It consumes only 175 watts power, which is a very important point for middle class families. Power cable is so much long. Color and its design is very attractive. Don't waste your money by purchasing room cooler or personal cooler or tower cooler. Purchase only desert cooler. If your budget is 5-6 k, add only 3 k and get a desert cooler. I have researched so much on coolers before purchase this item. Finally I came to know that, this item is a wonderful product. I compared this product with other brand's cooler like Bajaj, Symphony, Kenstar, Havells, Voltas, Usha, Crompton, Hindware and many more, but finally I got that no one can stands against this product. Lastly thanks a lot to both BLUE STAR and FLIPKART for providing such a lovely product.

�The side honeycomb structure and the water overflow outlet voice a electronic current when it's wet. Beware! Keep children away from the body when operating the cooling function.

It's noisy then my other cooler. Built wise it is steady. Cooler body was well covered but packing was torn from many places.The courier people were unprofessional and very rude.

very very bad product

The cooler came with a manufacturing defect - the L pipe (blue color in photo) coming from the pump broke in 2 weeks use (40 hrs total run time). Blue star technician visited the same day and said spare part will not be available for 25-30 days.Technicians also didn't know how the honeycomb cooling pad will be replaced. They had not seen any replacements.We are stuck in the summer heat with a broken cooler. Suggest people to buy a brand which is well proven and for which spares are available.
