This is really good cooler. If you have cross ventilation (windows) dont think twice go for it. Cooling is nice. Comes with remote. Can be moved easily from one place to other(wheels provided) Most importantly swing operates with remote also . Shows water level. And have water tank alarm indicator to indicate when we need to fill water.Superb cooler.

No cooler in india is better than this one

Comes nicely packed very good build quality and great cooling... I would not say it is quiet makes normal noise as other coolers do but does super cooling.. you wont need a AC other than in HUMID conditions.. otherwise a fine buy can cool a big room of 15 x 10 Feet easily. You need to have cross ventilation and then you are good to go...a little costly but then it has great build quality. Comes with and without remote options .. without remote its 1000 rs cheaper.

Good one but little bit more noise than expected.

Its good cooler, however many things are over looked.Pro:1. Cooling is good.2. Remote.3. Multiple water filling option.4. Less noisy.Cons:1. White net is poorly fixed.2. Foul smell from cooler for 5-7 days, due newly honeycomb nets(This can be ignored)3. Only one of the net gets wet.4. Manual don't have what is ion feature is for.5. Outlet pipe prone to breaking.6. Water level indicator is not easily visible.7. Strange hexagonal shape.

Air flow is very low. And it?s wheel are very bad.

The only good thing about blue star is their services...built quality of the product is very bad..in two months of use swing is not working.one wheel is broken...

Makes too much noise which doesn't allow you to sleep. The piece is heavy and the water outlet is too small. Tough to drain water unless lifted and carried to the bathroom. Only pro is cooling, which is good.

What I liked is nothing. Within 15 days it has malfunctioned and now not working. Fan motor is not working nor the sensors

Touch pannel stopped after 1 day of use... Bad experience with bluestar. Not suggest to anyone. Service is also too delayed in NCR Region

Worsted product from blue star I have seen in my life.From next day onwards problem occurs in tank alarm & water pump and after a month fan motor also not working properly and service is also very bad

Pathetic.Already called the service center twice in 2 months. Major cooling issues.

Very bad service by Blue star. My cooler was stuck & blue star was replaced my cooler but this complaint has time more then one month so, I want replace my cooler or update me as soon as possible.
