It is a very good a.c. I got delivery within 24 hours in kolkata with very competitive pricing from Flipkart. Flipkart itself had booked the service center for installation, installation cost was Rs.1500/- (including clamps). Regarding the a.c., it is very good both lookwise and unaccountability, cools very quickly. Overall I will recommend the buy this a.c. from Flipkart.

Prompt Delivery by Flipkart...Same Day Installation...Indoor Unit looking Stylish. Perfect cooling for my 200SqFt room. Only Stablizer 1600 + Installation 1500 was Extra. Other wise Can go for this AC with Closed Eyes.

Very quick delivery (next day). Installation was quite difficult due to architecture of my house, but the installation engineer from Carrier gave a perfect solution of a hanging stand for outdoor unit and did it with perfection. Cooling is also very nice. Yet to check the consumption, but overall pretty good until now. Go for it..if you order over wknd (Sat/Sun) you may be able to avail the offer where Carrier offers installation charges in 299 (instead of 1500), although there is no way to verify this before order.

here is a approx cost breakup- installation -1500 ,stand- 500, additional wire for outside unit approx 400 plus u will need cement to cover up the hole from outside.rest electrical fittings. as for flipkart ordered on friday night and got delivered on tuesday afternoon in chandigarh, and product came from delhi, so overall best anybody can do i guess, plus product got installed on same day. as for cooling it seems fine but only time will tell i am a mechanical engineer so will like to throw some light on its specs this is a 4 star ac and cooling capacity written on AC is 5024 watts and electricity usage is 1478 watts so a C.O.P or energy efficiency ratio of 3.40 whereas for a five star ac you need cop of 3.50 that part is ok. a point of discepancy on specs a cooling capacity of 5024 watts converts to 17142 btu/hr which further converts to 1.43 tons of refrigeration so technically it is not 1.5 ton ac. but beyond that everything is good i guess will update if there is any problem.

Bought it in the promo. Delivery was quick. Installation was convenient. As the copper pipes were included in the box, total expenses was in acceptable range of Rs. 2500. Noise is really low & hope it remains that way. A good experience overall.

Got this AC delivered in 2 days and installation very next day. Cools a 150sqft room withing 20 mins. 4 star so hoping won't impact much on Electricity Bill. Its 100% copper AC (Copper Piping, Copper Compressor, and Copper Fin Condenser). So if anyone looking to buy a budget AC.... Definitely go for this one and be sure you will not be disappointed.

the cooling mentioned on flipkart website is 5275w,but it is actually 5090 w (aprox) , so its actually a 1.45 ton ac, flipkart refunded me rs 1500 for their mistake in 2015.. the cooling is bit slow compared to voltas, hitachi, but more or less its a good air condioner ..v silent..and quality is good.. it may take some extra time to cool initially.. after initial half an hour every thing is fine

the AC is working fine, but when the technician check the remote of the AC. the back cover of the Remote is very lose and does not fit. the quality of the remote is not good and it is a shame that company like carrier does not have proper quality check on their products.

this product is slightly damaged in compressor.there is no separate invoice. it is not upto the mark what i seen in site.

I bought 1.5 Ton 4 Star Split AC from Carrier May 2005 and raised an service request on April 22, 2016 for ?wet service?. The request Id # 131017881. I called customer care on 27th April, 3rd May, 4th May, 6th May and twice on 8th May. Each time I have been reassured that the service will be done in next 24 to 48 hours. Till now, I have not received any call or SMS from Carrier. It is a very unprofessional and unethical manner for providing the service. I will not recommend anyone to take any product from Carrier.

I purchased 3 months back and it's started gas leaking problem after 15 days. Very hard to get service man for that and even not able to find where issue was. Put Nitrgen to find and they found issue and fix that. After 2 months..again AC was not cooling. We again had a bad time to get service and again leakage issue...they told that they found and fix but still we are finger cross to check again... Even they told, might be issue happen for transporting from flipkart . If yes, then they won't provide support..so not recommending to buy carrier ac,relating to service and if you want to buy..don't buy online....
