We bought a carrier estra Neo 1.5 ton AC on 15 th March 2021, since the begining we found the cooling subpar, but blamed it on the hot and humid conditions. On servicing the ac in November we were informed that there is gas leak for which the repair work was done, post repairs the ac seemed to work fine for few days, post winters when ac was restarted the cooling was stilll pathetic, complaint was registered, but then the true colours are out, there are just reassurances and trying to buy time till the 1 yr of warranty period is completed. We have been hitting our heads against deaf ears, but the problem seems to be far from solved. There are just discussions with seniors and assurance for repair work. Pathetic services and product. Dint expect this from a quality brand like carrier. Dr. Amol Gosavi

Awesome product, chills very fast, fast Amazon delivery, chills very fast, no noise as compared to typical window air conditioner, exhaust feature is great. It's bit pricey compared to other window AC but totally worth it.

It is installed before one day. Review based on two days performance, Product is excellent and working fine. Hope same performance older day by day. Installation guys are also good.

Awesome product but installation guys are very bad..

We are Carrier users since last 20 years. This is the best one so far and truly deserves a 5 Star user review. Excellent product with a super quiet compressor and a good looking dual colour grill. In addition it is energy efficient with a five star rating and ISEER (Energy Efficiency) rating of 3.35.Paying ₹28999/- against MRP of ₹38600/- makes me happier. Delivery speed by Amazon was amazing.

Good and fast cooling. Earlier had lg ac we replaced that with this can feel difference easily. With this many times no need to use ceiling fan when ac is on. As far as saving electricity is concerned cant comment right now. That could be clear only after atleast two bills generated.

Cooling is great.It's got a little more plastic, but it's OK.Moved from and old General to Carrier.The Carrier is about 2cm less in height than the older window AC, so theInstallation person charged rs.500 extra for wood and carpentry. (they'll use any excuse to make the extra money)

Ac is working fine... only issue what i feel is only on off and temperature control button on ac.. no mode change button, no fan speed control button etc. Remote dont have display light due to which difficult to operate at night

Good Machine, Low noice and quick cooling.

Cooling is effecting for 250 sqft area.There is small problem in the fitting of front panel, it does not fits perfectly, hence make notice. Otherwise good product. Value for money.

Super product....very effective AC

Product is good. It comes with latest R32 which is environment friendly. Cools super fast but loo loud at the same time. I have been using Volta's window AC from past 10 years and its not that noisy. Compared to other window AC's noise level I'd higher in this model. Installation was timely but expensive.
