It is a good product keep rooms cool, a nice product from American technology. I can recommend one can use it. Its after sales service is also satisfactory as I noticed in a two months since I purchased it.

Ac is fine but installation is not done as installing person was not able to install by cutting glass of window

I have purchased this product last year, front coil is leaked at many place.

Pathetic quality of product.Thereafter the support of th Amazon team towards replacement is zero.Very shameful and very unprofessional.

I bought this one from carrier and suddenly gas leaks and thereafter cooling coil damage on its own. I have 10 A.C. In my building and all are working fine almost 5 to 10 years but this A.C got stuck only in 1.5 years. Problems appears in this after warranty ends.in short i want to say that don?t buy this product. If u want to buy this one than you are wasting your money on one of the worst A.C.

�Don't ever buy this product, i just received yesterday i.e 16 of july . Inner fan of ac makes a loud noise and even carrier installation agent couldn't fixed it.

Within 1 year and 2 months of purchase , the AC became non functional . The technician came and checked and said the capacitor has to be changed . IT costs my 1500 for changing the capacitor as quoted by the the authorized carrier service agent. It is shocking that the capacitor is faulty within a short span of time. I have previously used Haier AC , It ran perfectly well since 2008 till 2018 till it started giving problem when the capacitor was changed. It is such a disgrace to the founder Carrier under whose name this product is being sold. Also poor service delivery by carrier. The technicians are arrogant rude and not courteous. They don''t provide gst bills. Please dont buy this product.
