BEST AC. LOW NOISE & ENERGY EFFICIENT.

The AC provides good cooling with power consumption about 1100 watts. Noise level is also low. It can be controlled both from the control panel on the unit and the remote control. Installation service was also good.

Good AC

I installed in a larger room but it is able to cool the room within 10 minutes

Cooling will take sometime, remote is so cheap. Overall value for money product

The AC is really good and powerful but the installation guys who came to install the machine were total amateurs...They had no knowledge of how to deal with Window AC units...At one time they even acknowledged that they might not know how to fix this machine to the wall...They went on doing trial and error and even handled the Unit very roughly...Carrier should improve their staff with proper training...

Cooling is not great and noisy

Product is fine but service installation was horrific. Terrible overhead given by carrier service center. Installation left incomplete or half way and had to call local electrician to complete the installation.Service center address in the picture attached.

Extremely bad experience in getting my device installed. The technician had a rude behaviour and charged exuberantly for installation. I cannot give any review about the AC unit because it got installed today only.

Got Defective Piece. Returned

We bought a new 1 ton window AC, got it the next day but it is defective. The display won't work and the AC was turning on and off by itself. Nothing happens when you press buttons on the remote as well.You would expect a quality product from a company like Carrier via Amazon but it has caused us a lot of inconvenience already. Registering a complaint wasn't easy as well since I got no confirmation from Carrier after I lodged a complaint by calling there helpline. I had to call again just to ask for my confirmation SMS.Would have chosen a different brand if I knew I would be getting a defective piece. Even though they may fix it by tomorrow or day after but it is already caused us so much trouble.
