It took me several calls to customer care for installation of the ac and it took more than 15 days for the installation team to come and install the ac. But the installation team did a great job. So far no problem encountered. Installation fee is free but they will charge 250rs per feet for the copper wire and 130rs per meter for the electrical wire. Stand cost is extra. But happy with the product.

Super cooling with fast fan especially in turbo mode .The croma team installed the ac within 25 hrs after delivery. Even after closing the room it remains cool for an hour or two.Great design and no noise pollution .Also it is quite energy efficient making it a must to buy

Worst servicing teamI purchased it considering it a TATA product . But the services provided by the Croma need to be remembered.1. Dont buy the product if there is no croma store within 15 km range because the do not provide free installation or warranty outside 15 km.2. Installation time is minimum 7 days3. Worst staff of croma4. Product being a TATA product is Made in China.I called croma for installation as it is provided free of cost but they refused to give me installation and warranty services as i am not in range of 15 km of their stores. Staff speaks rudely and ask me to through the product or do what ever i want to do with the product and not to call them again.I complaint amazon about the issue with the proof of call recording. Amazon escalated the issue and took 2 days to arrange the reverse pick up .So my personal suggestion is not to buy the product as there are many relaible product and brand because after sales services only describes the brand .

It has been 1 month I have bought this AC no one came to install.Company refuses to install as their is no croma center in my city.And don't know why amazon is selling their product here.......Payment deducted but AC is packed in a box for showcase...Also amazon says it l install it by someone then their will be no warranty.Finally suggest to not buy this productWorst experience
