About Laxmii Movie (2020)

Aasif (Akshay Kumar) is visiting his in-laws and decides to unwind with a game of cricket.

As he pushes the stump into the ground, it ends up poking the dead body of a transgender.

Ironically enough, Aasif — who is an ardent belivers of science and defies everything paranormal — is possessed by its spirit, who is on a revenge spree.

The horror comedy is a remake of Lawrence Raghavendra's Kanchana (2011).
