Nvidia has introduced the GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST GPU that is designed to give a quality gaming experience at an affordable price. Based on the Nvidia Kepler architecture and equipped with 768 Nvidia CUDA cores, the GTX 650 Ti BOOST GPU claims to offer up to 40% more performance over the original GeForce GTX 650 Ti GPU introduced last year.

The GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST includes features typically reserved for more expensive, higher-end GPUs, including support for Nvidia's GPU Boost technology that dynamically adjusts GPU performance to meet the real-time graphics processing demands of games, and Nvidia SLI technology, which allows gamers to use multiple GPUs to "double up" on performance.

With a wider 192-bit memory interface and up to 60 percent more memory bandwidth than the original, the GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST GPU lets gamers play their favourite games at 1080p at high-quality settings with smooth frame delivery and comfortable frame rates for even the most graphically demanding games on the market today. The GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST also comes with support for Nvidia PhysX technology - the "world's most pervasive physics engine" for experiencing real-time, real-world effects.

Nvidia claims that gamers upgrading from an older GPU will see a significant increase in both image quality and performance with the new GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST. Take the 9600 GT for example, the seventh most-popular GPU on gaming platform Steam. Now five years old, the 9600 GT is over six times slower than the GTX 650 Ti BOOST, which sports four times as much memory and twelve times the number of CUDA Cores, and can render the latest DirectX 11 effects and features.
