  The pros of the product is that its very superior in quality and has an elegant look. The cooling is super fast and the working and operation is simple..the unit is very silent and does not any noise when working .The cons of the product is that u need to replace the entire unit if something goes wrong..there is no part replacement of the parts.But other brands u just need to replace the damaged part. The spares will be available only thru the dealer and only their technechians can help in case of complaints.

  Good AC, blower speed is very good. However cooling takes some time 2-3 min in winter not sure of it's performance in summer. Had Purchased Marq ac couple of months ago n found it much better than Hitachi

  Purchased 2 ac from Amazon. Delivery and installation was smooth. Cooling was also good. After one week one of the ac stopped working. Technician said it is a faulty PCB board problem and it will take 10 days to replace it
