The pros of the product is that its very superior in quality and has an elegant look. The cooling is super fast and the working and operation is simple..the unit is very silent and does not any noise when working .The cons of the product is that u need to replace the entire unit if something goes wrong..there is no part replacement of the parts.But other brands u just need to replace the damaged part. The spares will be available only thru the dealer and only their technechians can help in case of complaints.

Two words "very efficient"

Good AC, blower speed is very good. However cooling takes some time 2-3 min in winter not sure of it's performance in summer. Had Purchased Marq ac couple of months ago n found it much better than Hitachi

Purchased 2 ac from Amazon. Delivery and installation was smooth. Cooling was also good. After one week one of the ac stopped working. Technician said it is a faulty PCB board problem and it will take 10 days to replace it

Good product cooling excellent 24 degree in night Installation is costly total 6000

Why Hitachi do not provide temperature display on the unit, what cost do they save, not happy lacking so small a feature, other points later after operating few days

Noice level is high and long time taken for cooling, missing display in ac

Product damaged

Product lying unused at home, no installation support from Hitachi. Customer service disconnects phone immediately after hearing request for installation. Tried calling since two days continuously. Avoid buying hitachi from amazon.

Dear all Hitachi company is not providing min accessories therefore every thing to be bought from technician at very high rate at the time of installation and technicians are claiming that this high rate is decided by hitachi. This is a simple unethical business practice and inconveniance for the buyer. I have paid very large amount for installation . So dont go for hitachi.

Very noisy indoor unit even on low fan speed....very basic features on remote compared to other brands.
