Product quality is good. One and only the biggest con in the device is screen . The screen is very chip quality in it had 1080p it look like a normal hd screen the product is waste in terms of screen

Don't buy this laptop because processor gets heat 2much .....plzzz go for core i7 4cpus processor ....... Core i7 1cpu is problem of heating

Worst experience of exchange

very bad experience from flip kart. Bought laptop in exchange they haven't mentioned about what condition should laptop have other than working. but while exchanging product said there is white line on screen so cant accept exchange and rejected the order this is not done flipkart its very wrong thing

Please don't buy this model. Because it has display issue and HP will not do anything till you don't write them a mail with abusive language. In my case they have processed complete refund
