HTC was still on top of the Android game when it launched the original One back in 2013. As the first Android flagship with a metal unibody, it was really the only device that looked and felt as good as an iPhone, which of course was the primary competition. Even so, there were missteps - most notably the low-resolution Ultrapixel camera, which kept it from being a huge success. Since then, the company has updated the line and launched new models, but hasn't quite managed to replicate the appeal of the original. Each time, something has held us back from wholeheartedly liking HTC's efforts. Last year's HTC One (M8) (Review | Pictures) was hobbled by the unsatisfactory Duo Camera feature, and other variants have been ugly, plasticky and weak.

HTC One M9+ Summary

HTC’s One M9+ is more than just a stretched-out version of the One M9. It adds a fingerprint reader and Duo cameras, and is based on a different SoC. Unlike HTC’s last large phone, the one Max, this one doesn’t compromise on looks or construction quality. It’s all-metal, with a unique two-tone finish. We were expecting great things but ended up largely disappointed by its graphics performance, cameras, battery and overall capabilities. The Duo camera feature is just as much of a dud as it was when it debuted on the One (M8) and even without it in the mix, photo quality is surprisingly poor. There are far better phones that cost less, so buy this one only if you’re in love with its looks.

nice mobile commpare to all other smartphones

Selvan J (Jun 15, 2015) on Gadgets 360

HTC has always focussed on certain intricate details and the M9+ is truly marvelous. Don't go and compare the specs to an S6 or an iPhone just for the sake of it. The user interface used by HTC (HTC Sense) is far more superior to the stock android UI or any other interface in the market. This phone just feels amazing to hold and use. a MUST BUY for HTC
