Very much disappointed

I had got this phone in January 2014 while I was on my visit home back during trip to HO India. I preferred to choose I ball and Andi 4.5Z due to its features, But on matter of voice reception, it is not all good. Tried: O2, Vodafone, Lebara, Lyca, T Mobile...... But finally came to the conclusion that the voice reception quality of the phone is very bad. I only use it for whats App, Gmail & Email only. I don't believe that any body from the manufacturers side will try to resolve this issue while I am back to India in the next month. I have a doubt of after sales service support, with respect to voice reception complaint.... Temporarily switched to my old Micromax & Nokia. Thank God had carried a standby phone option......
