third class service centres and phones model

i have a problem with iball cobalt solus, which i bought in jan 28 2015 and after 30 days its having problem of iball icon moving at startups and i took it to mira road, shanti shopping centre's authorized service centre and they mentioned that the problem is with software and software file which is located in server has some issues with downloading the same as the software file is croupt. is that the answer you aspect from people who is responsible to fix their shitty issues with crap phone.
