The Chief Minister reiterated the government's commitment to controlling corruption. He also said that a state residents database will be prepared. Once that comes into being, a person who attains 18 years of age would be sent voter ID card and birthday wishes, he said, adding every child will be given Aadhaar Number at the time of birth.
