Excellent AC, Cooling is good but installation is high more than expectations. Nevertheless I highly recommend because product is good with inbuilt stabiliser.

Over priced. No horizontal swing (though button is there in remote). No mosquito away Function. We can get voltas 4star ac for this price. Pros: 10 year warrenty Gold fins, looks very premium provides quick cooling. Cons: Over priced Features not matching with the price

I got the delivery within time and after 2 days LG technician fitted the AC and I am extremely satisfied with the Overall experience. The product is quite good as it suggests. In this hot summer it cools my bedroom within a 5 minutes by using Himalaya cool option. I don't know how much units it consumed but I guess it will use less units compared to conventional AC. The AI mode is best if you want to save energy and money. It cools down the room with using less units and less power. Overall I am happy with this product.

Air Conditioner is awesome, power efficient, work well, cooling superb, less noise good product from LG, A little dissapointment from installation.

Using this A/C for around a week now.Super silent operation especially indoors,himalaya cooling is quite good, I am using this in my living room and the area is open. It cools the area in around 30mins which is good considering my area is quite open and integrated with dining and open kitchen. I am also using another LG invertor Ac for 2 years and is working well which is again quite silent and cools extreme efficiently.

Delivery was on Time. Installation done the day After. The A/C looks great in the living room and cools the room in 5-10 mins. Himalaya Cool is an excellent feature.

Excellent pricing online. Got it for 35k. New March 2018 product. Offline this costs almost 44000 Rupees. LG installation cost 500+495 for 10 feet drain pipe. But i hadto spend 5k to modify my existing box grill setup. The beauty of inverter AC is the consistent cooling achieved. I have this installed in the front room with seepage into the kitchen and balcony, so it cools in around 30 min to an hour, but after that it literally feels like you are in winter. It gets quite chilly.

Nice product...and till now have experienced best cooling. When outside temperature is 40+ in the day time its enough to set ac temperature to 29/30 unlike other brands where its not enough although when we have set temperature to 19/20. I am really happy with the product and installation (costs extra 700/- stand, 500/- installation).
