I am using this Ac for six months. Got it for 34500. Till now no complain. Cooling is super. Both delivery and installation person were very polite. Customer support is very good. Till date no problem. Thanks Flipkart and LG.

I'm posting this review after the using it for around 1 month, at the time of placing order i was a bit skeptical about the seller "RAMTHRALLA" which had very bad ratings all over the internet and my suspicion grown when i saw the delivery after 15 days but i got the product with bank offer applied at a very reasonable price of Rs 34,500 /- and i received a brand new AC, just packaging was old it must be due to the lockdown thing but that's fine, thus below are the pros and cons: Pros: ------- 1) 1.5 Ton 4 star AC 2020 model cools my room from 30 *C to 25 *C in 5-8 mins max while using Himalayan Cool feature(HC on remote) { maybe its new } 2) Other lots of feature like monsoon mode(very helpful in our Indian climate most of you will agree) removes all of the humidity and dry cools the room. 3) In my area voltage range is around (180-215 V) but mostly 200 V, but my AC works perfectly without any issues 4) Most important feature is 40% , 60% , 80% convertible AC mode to save electricity, also Auto clean, self diagnosis (using LG ThinQ app) , fan speed control etc Cons: --------- 1) The only major issue with this AC is its remote not having backlit so at night u need to use your phone's flash to operate, otherwise everything is perfect. I know you all have read the tech specs, warranty details but warranty has a catch and no one will tell you , 1 year complete warranty fine, but for compressor "10 year with free gas for 5* years warranty" has a hidden truth, so if some leak caused R32 gas to be filled again within 5 years, it will not be free , it will be free only if your compressor failed and a replacement was provided at that time only the gas will be free of charge otherwise in all cases you need to pay and i assume how much you need to pay(mentioned in LG website) . So i will definitely recommend this AC to everyone, its a great1 product and works beyond my expectations specially the HC cool , as i never had to go until 16 *C. Note: I will update my review after 1 month.

LG 1.5 ton 4 star AC was delivered next day. Installation was done on 2nd day. AC has LED display that shows temperature(which I wasn't aware). You can actually control swing to the extent you want to control which will be very useful(one direction swing is also possible). There is no defect in product, all modes works as intended including high cool mode. LG Service person was polite and humble and we were told about charges upfront before he unpacked the AC. This is 2020 series(manufactured on Jan 2020) NOTE: Vacuum wasn't done, service person said, it's required only when we fill gas.

I pay total 3500 installation charge i think its high Installation charge 1000😊 Extra copper pipe 1500 (5ft) 😕 rs300/ft. It include 2 copper pipe Wall holder 600 ( installation 200)☹️ Drainage pipe 200 Overall installation charge is little bit high. So you must keep all of these in mind as per your comfort. Product is good in all aspects. Just go for it...

I brought it during lockdown 3. Initially I was very much worried, like never experienced buying AC online. I just tally the model no with LG website and confirmed...Grab the deal with 37k..Donno was it value for money or not...But in our local shop it was 44k.everything is good.mainly its 4in1 feature is most attractive..

Best in class. Super cooling effect. Attractive/ Pros. features : Himalayan Cool mode, 4 in 1 convertible, 4 way swing, low electricity consumption. Cons. No backlight/ radium in remote buttons, difficult to operate in dark/ night. Could not connect with LG ThinQ app. Delivery & Installation was on time as mentioned. Well behaved service executive. Best service by Flipkart & LG. However, the outdoor unit's stand was charged high as compared to online & local market. The Vinyl Tape and drain pipe provided with the AC was short in length due to which I had to buy extra unit. Overall happy/satisfied with the product. Go for it. Value for money.

Cooling is good. Can adjust energy efficiency on the basis of your needs. However electricity consumption depends on weather outside. But being 4 star it is on good side. Con's not too much back light in remote a issue but after use will be in habit.

A very good AC which is very well known. But the important thing to point is that the installation service was top notch. They knew their job very well, did not waste any time and job was done quickly and effectively.
