Product is the best and I am also happy with it's packaging and on time delivery. 'Super Quality Product', 'Super Packaging' and 'Super Time Delivery' So I am fully satisfied.

CONDITIONS Place: Bangalore Room: 100 Sq. Ft. Bedroom (with huge glass windows on one side) Floor: 4th (Top Floor) PROS 1. Dual Inverter It offers all the advantages of an inverter AC but at a whole new level. ? Power Consumption: Its Varied Speed Dual Rotary Motor compressor can work at really low speeds (lower than any other Inverter AC in market) and can save energy when not much work is required i.e. when temperature set inside is not much different from temperature outside for example during night, during rain or in not-so-hot cities like Bangalore. ? Stable Temperature: It is always ON which maintains a constant temperature in room which feels so much better then normal ACs compressions of which keep switching ON and OFF. ? Silent: Its quite silent as compared to other normal ACs. Esp. at lower fan speeds you'll barely notice any noise. Specs mention 27 dB. 2. Good Cooling: I like my room cold and most of the time I end up using it at 25�C and sometimes even at 26�C. So you can conclude that though it is a dual inverter AC and is very energy efficient, there is no compromise on cooling capacity. 3. Build Quality: It is 100% copper with Ocean Black Protection on both Indoor and Outdoor units. It has a pure copper condenser instead of an aluminium one which is often seen in low quality and budget air conditioners these days. Additionally it is the advanced LG Gold Fin anti-corrosive condenser. So you can say this machine uses all high quality components and is designed to survive harsh environments. It looks like this machine can last for decades. 4. Built-in Stabiliser: No additional stabiliser is required because this machine itself has a built in mechanism to handle all sorts of voltage fluctuations. This improves the aesthetics of the room (we all know that external stabiliser kept near a AC unit and all its wiring looks so unpleasant) and this also saves cost as a good quality external stabiliser itself ain't cheap. 5. Looks: It looks quite cool and premium with a hybrid of smooth curves and sharp features. 6. Brand: LG is a major player in AC market in India and has the largest share in the Inverter AC market. They offer installation services too and have authorized service centres throughout the country. Most LG customers are satisfied with their experience with LG. They make quality products and hold good market share in dozens of home appliances. CONS 1. Minimum Temperature: Min temperature is only 18�C. While most of the ACs I've seen and used support upto 16�C. 2. Chilled Rooms: It cannot chill the room to make you feel like its winter time. You'll feel quite cold (esp. in front of the AC) but not chilled. So, if you like chilled rooms may be you won't be satisfied. Especially this is more noticeable in parts of the room where cool air is unable to reach directly. May be this is because this machine optimizes more on power consumption rather that extreme cooling. 3. Cooling Speed: It takes a bit more time as compared to other normal ACs. Again this might be because machine is working towards optimizing electricity consumption. 4. Remote: No Backlit in Remote. Also not all keys are luminescent so you'll see only 4 buttons glowing at night, not all. 5. Sleep Mode: Sleep mode only supports maximum 7 hours of sleep. So people like me who sleep for 8, 9 or 10 hours will not be able to use it effectively. 6. Swing: Swing blade supports limited movement. I'll say it is 45-50� only. So, you cannot make this AC push air towards the roof or next wall. In several ACs you can make the swing horizontal with respect to roof so that AC is working towards cooling the room but not blowing cool air on you directly. You cannot do this on this machine. So if you have a small room with your bed/chair infront of the AC and you don't appreciate blows of direct cool air on you, you might get disappointed with its swing operation. It feels like a great product and I am happy with it. If I have anything new to share, I'll update this review.

Installation also was done within a couple of days without any reminder.I must acknowledge the attitude from Flipkart as well.There was a small issue which I reported, which was acted upon and resolved by LG service men in a matter of days.pretty happy with the service from Flipkart.

Excellent delivery by flipkart within 18 hour in new delhi..Product is excellent silent and efficient it uses 3 to 5 units electricity every day i suggest you set your temperature 26c and use the ceiling fan for efficient usage...Outdoor unit is compact and very silent...Air filter are very good...I am happy and satisfied.....Note this is a 1 ton AC check your room size before ordering AC

One of the most Silent AC's you will ever come across. The operating noise is very very less. Though compared to a normal split AC, this inverter AC takes some time (8-10 minutes) to achieve maximum cooling, but once there, it is very good.

I got it at 28990/- during GST sale. This product is very good at this price. Very silent and cools down my 150 sq feet bedroom in no time. Will have to check the actual performance in summer. However I have used the mosquito away functionality but not sure about the effectiveness since there is no mosquito problem in my area and we hardly have any mosquito in our bedroom.Coming to the delivery and installation experience. This is the worst ever delivery and installation experience I had ever.Delivery was delayed by courier partner Blue Dart to extreme level, contacting Amazon customer care was not useful. Then I decided to contact the Blue Dart directly, that too was not useful since local guys were not supportive. Finally I wrote an email to Blue dart Management and they were really very supportive and there response was very quick. They arranged special shipment for my product and it was delivered on that day only, they called me three time to confirm that whether the product is delivered to me or not . They also apologized for delay and promised that it will not happen again.Now the installation part, as soon as I informed the LG service center that I have received the product, the very next day they came for installation but they did not agree to install it at 499/- which was the standard installation offer from Amazon and LG during that period. I had a long fight with the guy who came for installation saying that if Amazon as well as LG customer care both are confirming that standard installation should be done at 499/- then how can you ask 1500/- for the same. But he did not agree then I had no option and had to pay 1500/- for standard installation, 800/- for out door unit stand and 70/- for power plug.This was a bitter experience however the installation was done properly and AC is working well.Later I raised this issue to Amazon and they agreed to revert the 1000/- installation charges as Amazon pay balance but it took me almost 20 days and lot of follow up to get it. I also raised this issue with LG saying that this is happening with many customers and it is ultimately hurting the LG brand. I told them that people are giving the product zero star not because the product is bad but your authorized service centers are cheating the customers.LG customer care and there escalation system is pathetic, I did not get any help from LG customer care, upon insisting they gave me the service center owner mobile number as well as local LG area manager mobile number but both ware useless since they did not pick my phone. Then I decided to escalate this issue with LG India twitter account and it seems to working now. Today when I was writing this review I received the call from service center owner and he promised me to check this issue and revert the extra amount charged for standard installation. I will update the status whether I actually get the refund from service center or not.This is really shame on the big brands like LG where they offer something which is being denied by there authorized service center and there is no proper and easy way to help the customer in this situation. I am sure that every body will not put that much efforts and will not have that much patience and time to fight for the justice which i have done. I have spent many hours calling and writing emails to escalate this issue with Amazon and LG not because of 1000 rs but for the ethics which big brands like LG and there authorized service providers are not following.

Amazing ac..once the set temperature is reached the electricity consumption gets very low.Cools down a 150 sq ft room in under 10 minutes.I would recommend everyone to buy inverter ac instead of conventional once as i have myself seen the difference.

USP is its low noise during operation. Comparatively sleek and does good cooling. It is also energy efficient. Overall a good buy.

It's been 3 years and no complaints at all.I like the noise level of lg and also its inverter technology.

Cools a 12*12 size room in 10-15 mins..Outer runs very smoothly without a noise..since it is a inverter technology power consumption is moderate. Using 3-4 hours daily my bill was up for 200-300 Rs in a month
