LG-GL-T402JDS3 - Substabdard Product and Poor ServiceViju Balan (Jul 4, 2023) on Gadgets 360I bought this LG GL-T402JDS3 refrigerator in March 2020 from Amazon. The product was having frequent issues where cooling wouldn't work. After the warranty, I went to AMC due to the frequent issues. I paid 5000 rupees additional for the AMC. It looks like every 3 months it stops working and a component needs to be changed. Now it has stopped working for five days, and LG is saying it will take a week to get the replacement component. An assigned service engineer, team lead, and team manager don't respond at all when called. No return call is made for several follow-ups. The product is substandard, and the service is pathetic.Is this review helpful?

Delivered by Delhivery Courier.. Only Problem I face was delivery time. . It was reach at nearest center in just 2days. But then they took 5 days to Delivered it from center to home.Product is Awesome.. No need to worry about quality and performance..Soo Silent Compressor.Chill fast.Built quality top class..Samsung comes Second and Whirlpool comes Third in overall rating..Is this review helpful?

That one extra shelf makes the differenceVishal Srivastava (Aug 14, 2021) on AmazonI had experience with a similarly sized refrigerator. While the overall volume of the previous refrigerator was good, the usable volume was much less because of two primary reasons: 1. Large freezer to fridge ratio. 2. Lack of shelf space. I often found myself stacking items on the fridge shelf. This refrigerator strikes a nice balance and makes the available volume in the fridge more usable, as compared to most other options, by providing an additional shelf. Also, the freezer to fridge ratio for this refrigerator is less than most available alternatives (in other words fridge to freezer ratio is more). That is a good thing if one uses the fridge space much more than the freezer space.Is this review helpful?
