Magic remote is good. Moving the mouse pointer by moving remote without any up/down arrows is woderful experience. Search using voice is also very good. Installation by LG sevice Engineer is on time.

TV is good, LG & flipkart service is good. Wall mount stand is flexible and free of cost. Taken 2 year extended warranty from flipkart.

Good quality product good price

After lots of reading about the new brands changing the TV Dynamics in this segment, I decided to stick with a reputed brand at a 10k premium because of following reasons: 1. Durability: The TV is not thin, but it is completely covered from back 2. Software stability: Android and Mi interface for TV are work in progress. With brands like Mi, TCL etc., you never know about updates 3. Magic remote: Smart TV experience is not complete without it. LG does it much much better then the new brands Overall, the TV justifies it's price with apt AV quality and connectivity options. Everything works as it is said and that's what my recommendation is for anyone doing research to buy 40-50k TV. Don't go for gimmicky features as at a budget price these features will not give a smooth smart TV experience.

Display is good, WebOS application is very good for watching Prime vedios, Netflix and You Tube etc.. Sound quality is also very good. worth the price..

Perfect in all aspects....in offer I bought this for 50k on July'18 20th

Great Product and purchased it during the Aug 15th Sale. With discount and cash back I got the product for 48K. Neither LG or any other vendor was able to provide this price tag for the product. Awesome picture clarity, sound and internet connectivity. Works liks a charm.

Flipkart didn't arrange for installation for 2 whole weeks, even after raising the issue on social media. Finally LG India came to rescue. LG sent a guy for installation. Flipkart didn't act on the issue. Few days after the installation, I got a call from social media department of Flipkart, the executive had the audacity to blame me for the issue!! It couldn't get any worse! Anyway, lesson learnt, not buying anything on Flipkart anymore.

Not up to expect

Extremely poor service observed in this order. The order was supposed to be delivered on 22nd Aug, but got delivered on 23rd. Installation was a FREE offered service, BUT found later on that if Customer does installation on his own then warranty is VOID (what a strange condition). Later on i kept on waiting for installation to be completed. The product was delivered to Noida (my home), but installation request was transferred to different city Mirzapur.... several hundred kms far away... i kept on waiting for installation.... repeatedly called Flipkart but they kept on delaying the installation and new date given was 25th Aug, and then again for 29th Aug. Finally i managed to find on my own contacts with LG and called up the service center and got the product installed within few hours.
