Installation was arranged by Lloyd's official service engineers and was addressed within 48 hours of delivery. The installation cost is extra and may vary depending on various factors. Happy with this purchase.

I bought this AC in May 2015 for our guest room and we are very happy with our purchase. Quality is great and installation was professional. Great packaging and service from Flipkart which is further well supported by Lloyd. The indoor unit looks upmarket and is of best quality. The cooling is superb too. Highly recommend this product and you must buy it from here on Flipkart!

Good product. Have been using it since 2 weeks. Working fine. Cools well. Flipkart deliver: 5 star Installation: Even though installation date was fixed. you can call up lloyd office & schedule at your convinient date. Service person were good at installation.

product is good but they had taken 10 days for installation.customer support is worst. I tried calling support for around 10 times a day the number will be busy either they will put my call on hold

The delivery & installation was very prompt, Its too early to write about this product as I am using it only for 2 days now. However, I want to highlight the risk the technician took to install the AC. The person was standing on a one & half feet wide window pane at a height of almost 40 feet high to FIX the external unit. The employers apparently don't seem to be interested in the safety of these technicians. The safety equipment needed to fix AC's in such circumstances is not high but still its dis appointing to see such things happen. P.S - Lloyd's company, We are not in stone age to allow technicians to do such things for their profession.Kindly get your staff trained by professionals & equip them with necessary ropes or other gear to face such situations safely.

I thought the technical specifications were brilliant (including anti-bacteria filter etc.) and went by many people's claim that most other brands also use some or the other LLOYD component in them. Also I got a good deal on the price. Delivery and service were OK as per the requirement, But the basic thing expected out of AC is not there??!!!! It doesn't even cool my room of just 10 X 10. Air flow is also very less.I just feel that I bought a costly fan at 20K. Just nobody to complain ...I have to blame my selection only as I went by their specification and not any references.

average ac, Bad customer care !! AC will work OK as long as its working but regarding maintenance and repair or general support , LLOYD's inefficiency is legendary. I am a LLOYD customer, but i took my lesson and have moved on to other brands for only one reason- poor service. If any LLOYD service person is reading this , please get in touch with me- I have a LLOYD split AC lying unattended for about 30 days.
