Received AC in 4 days it is excellent, Awsome cooling, great feature.its cool my room in 5 minutes.I'm very satisfied and suggested u to buy this great product of Mitashi.The only problem is the service provider is came after 3 days to install my AC.

Firstly great price 16,500/-, no where near to other one ton split AC prices. Thanks to Amazon for that.Secondly installation required a little bit of continous phone conversations to customer care, which most of the time was busy, even if call gets connected, the people never understand or talk good English nor Hindi.Thirdly installation was Hassel free after three days of delivery and continous calls to customer care.Regarding functioning of AC, it is great and cools my room 10*10 size , in 5 -10 min.Noise from out door unit is negligible, may be it is new and so it is quite for now.Remote control and features in it are awesome, some of the features are present only in high end AC ,s . Thanks to Mitashi for providing such features. Best thing is remote has provision to glow in dark and display on ac can be removed.Turbo cooling is good .

Good quality product. Using it for the last 3 years. Absolutely no problem. Unmatched quality at this cost with any Daikin (I have one at home). Though Daikin gives lot of problem (bought for 42K). Mitashi is maintenance free. Copper one.

Amozon is gr8 and meets expectations, while coming brand ses services it is pathetic. Customer.er care toll free is just a joke with shopper.I suggest if you wish to buy prod don't go for Mitashi, as a sight Amazon is the best.

Worst product ever. Ac electronic board went faulty in ome day.No after sales support.Glad that Amazon stopped selling this AC after receiving so many complaints..

The Product is sitting at my home idle for the past one week !!! No use even after complaints to amazon and mitashi !! If in case I received a faulty AC I can't even return as days are running - Im totally disappointed !!!!!

I have bought this product through EMI and when I checked with bank it's not converted to EMI and Amazon clearly mentioned that the money wil b initially charged for 17000 or odd and later adjusted with EMI and come to the base price and showed the calculation EMI wil come for 2110 Rs now they are saying I just bought it through credit card ... disgusting and never seen such issue any of my buy from any
