Poco is reportedly preparing to launch three more smartphones in India this year, with the Poco X8 and Poco X8 Power expected to arrive later this year. Tipsters have shared details about the upcoming devices, including their specifications and positioning within Poco's smartphone lineup. The company has yet to officially announce the launch dates or specifications for these models. Notably, Poco launched the M8x handset in the country on Friday at Rs. 20,999 for the base 4GB + 128GB model. 

Poco X8 Power, Poco X8 Specifications (Expected)

Tipster Yogesh Brar (@heyitsyogesh) said in an X post that Poco has two smartphone launches remaining for 2026, namely the Poco X8 and Poco X8 Power. He expects the Poco X8 and Poco X8 Power to launch in India by early September, with both positioned below the Poco X8 Pro. At launch, the existing Poco X8 Pro 5G price in India started at Rs. 32,999, while the Poco X8 Pro Max 5G began at Rs. 42,999.

The tipster added that Poco's F series will kick off its 2027 smartphone launches, suggesting the X8 and X8 Power could be the brand's final smartphone launches of 2026.

Meanwhile, another tipster, Sanju Choudhary (@saaaanjjjuuu), has shared specifications for the Poco X8 Power. The phone could feature a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 3,840Hz PWM dimming, 3,500 nits peak brightness with 25 percent screen coverage, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and Wet Touch 2.0.

The Poco X8 Power may use Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. A lower variant could use UFS 2.2 storage. The leaked material claims an AnTuTu score above 1.15 million. A 10,000mAh battery could support 100W charging and 27W reverse charging, while the phone could offer a six-year battery life rating.

For cameras, the phone may feature a 50-megapixel main sensor with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 32-megapixel front camera. It could measure 8.68mm in thickness and carry IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings. Poco may provide four OS updates and six years of security updates.

The standard Poco X8 could use the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 SoC and reportedly score around 830,000 points on AnTuTu. Its 6.83-inch AMOLED panel could offer 3,500 nits peak brightness, Wet Touch 2.0 and Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The phone may pack a 9,000mAh battery with 67W charging and 22.5W reverse charging, along with a six-year battery life rating.

The Poco X8 could could be equipped with a 50-megapixel OIS main camera and a 16-megapixel front camera. Other reported features include IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings, four OS updates, six years of security updates, Hyper AI and Xiaomi Interconnectivity.
