Both these handsets will sport capacitive touchscreen and will have display size of 2.8 inch and the 3.8 inch respectively. According to insiders, the street price of Karbonn A7 and A9 will vary between Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 7,900.
It is noteworthy that Samsung had recently launched dual-SIM Samsung Galaxy Y Pro Duos and Galaxy Y Duos. Both the smartphones run on Android Gingerbread (v2.3.6) and are powered by 832 MHz single core processor.
Apart from these smartphones, Karbonn will also be launching its Smart Tablet. It will be a 7.1 inch capacitive touchscreen tablet powered by the Cortex A8 1.2 GHz processor and will run on Android Ice Cream Sandwich (v4.0.3). It will also have a 2 MP front camera. Other features include 3700 mAh battery and microSD card slot.
The pricing for this tablet is going to be under Rs. 10,000. It is the same tablet that is being given to the man of the match winner in the ongoing T20 tournament.
