It comes with 4GB of RAM. The Moto G67 runs Android 16 and is powered by a 5200mAh non-removable battery. The Moto G67 supports 30W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Moto G67 on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/8) primary camera, and an 8-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 32-megapixel sensor.

It was launched in Pantone Arctic Seal and Pantone Nile colours. It features an IP64 rating for dust and water protection.
