Product is very good, its just took 80w more comparison of 5star rated air-conditioners, do it's a best buy, its copper coil unit. Only disappointment was onida customer response team, I requested them to install my unit on same day but they refused my request and place my request for 72hrs waiting period, which I can't afford so u called zimber guys, they were available in 30 minutes and hardly it take time to get installed my Ac unit. Its cooling very comfortable convert my bedroom into glacier. So go for it. I did lot of research before buying and last sattle for carrier and onida, choose this product coz its was price dfrnc was around 8K compared to carrier.

Hi, I ordered this product and it got delivered in 5 working days. On the same very day installation done. About product it is 100% copper coil, superb cooling good LED features in remote very less noise db indoor and a compact unit in 1.5 ton one of the best price and superb brand ONIDA Thanks to Flipkart and excellent value for money from Onida in this segment

delivered A.C not working

New A.c not working , as soon as I switched on the A.c the fan of Outdoor unit did not start but the compressor started. Faulty piece delivered and no response from ONIDA customer care. I thought it would be better to buy the product from flipcart as their team and process would ensure that right/working product is delivered. I was wrong they are here to just sell and nothing to do with customer satisfaction.
