Oplus XonPhone 5 mobile was launched in July 2014. The phone comes with a 5.00-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 720x1280 pixels at a pixel density of 320 pixels per inch (ppi). Oplus XonPhone 5 is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor. It comes with 1GB of RAM. The Oplus XonPhone 5 runs Android 4.4.2 and is powered by a 2000mAh removable battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Oplus XonPhone 5 on the rear packs 8-megapixel camera. It sports a 2-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

Oplus XonPhone 5 is based on Android 4.4.2 and packs 16GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 32GB). The Oplus XonPhone 5 is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Regular and Micro-SIM cards.
