  Product is good, delivery was on time. Nightmare was installation process. After numerous call finally installation person comes and did worst job. My parents were alone and asking for money although as free installation. Have to chase amazon, seller and installation guy to void it.

• Ruined by design issues & bad after sales service

  Bought this offline, this AC is ruined by some stupid design issues and even worse after sales service.1. Display is too dim to be visible unless you are standing really close. This is due to a darkened film they use for the screen of the display2. Remote. Remote functions are too complex and work very bad. It takes 2 seconds for signal to reach the ac after pressing the button. Simple functions like setting a timer has been made so difficult that it is near impossible. Other options of remote are not any better3. After sales service is beyond pathetic. After filing complaint about the dim display, there has been 6 visits from the technicians, but still they could not replace the dark screen filter with a transparent one. This is because, company keeps sending the same filter, that I wanted replaced. So far it has been about 2 months, still problem not solved. After wasting many hours in the useless visits by the technicians, I finally had to tell them not to come anymore because I don't want more time wasted as its clear, this company can't solve a simple problem that should not have take more than a few minutes to solve.Cooling of the AC is OK, not bad, not great.
