Quick delivery, immediate installation . Good features if you have wifi & alexa. Installations guys are a bit finicky trying to get money from you .

Best one in the price range

Product is good, no doubt in it. but, The discription of the product should be very clear, not to show that it has some other specifications (apart from WiFi and Alexa) It has WiFi and voice control , that is also available on other models of Panasonic. This AC is no different form other models. It has WiFi ( working after downloading App MirAle). It is 2 ton and 4 star inverter AC - that is the only difference n tons and stars.

I had to place the product for return. Three additional components are required for installation that you have to buy separately or from the installation team. It is understandable that external stand is not included in box (priced at Rs. 950) , however this AC does not even include power cord and drain pipe. We are supposed to purchase this from outside. Power cord at least should have been part of this package. You can get an AC offline with all components.

The a/c isn't working at all. I've raised a complaint but stll no technician had come to check the problem.
