  • Quiet machine.

    The purifier comes adequately packed by Flipkart. The packing makes the product look cumbersome, but it's decently sized and light. The interface is basic with just 4 buttons and a "screen" which shows the room air quality. I personally have my doubts on the good/bad/ugly type colour of the dial indicating the air quality, but I guess you need to take this on face value. The machine is pretty quiet and I can't hear anything when it is running on low speed (haven't found the need to run on higher speeds). Overall, I'd have my concerns on the before and after air quality, but overall a good product.

    Philips products and the service are purely a fraud. There are frequent problems in the working of this filter and their rude and unprofessional technicians come and falsely state that problem is resolved without actually doing so. This has happened repeatedly with me. This problem of non working of filter has been faced right from beginning. I filed complaint earlier also and your technician stated that there was no problem. Same has been the case again. When I press start button, it doesnt start on many occasions but the filter works on some occasions and it starts working after repeated switch on and off. The technician stated that it was problem of filter reset and after doing so he said that problem was solved. But it's not the case. Problem has nothing do do with reset. I have recorded his video too in which he has clearly stated that he would send his senior to solve the problem and he didn't do so. Despite that you have closed the complain even without verification from me. This kind of fraudulent activity is the reason that Philips as brand is losing its customer base.
