Product is well packed brand new piece. Delivered with in time they mentioned. Installation & Wall mounting were done by Samsung representatives and warranty details also clarified the manufactures. TV is very good and its Full HD LED Clarity is awesome. Totally its a worthy product and great deal with Amazon.

Great Product!

The product delivered by ACORE was top class & as expected. It is a brand new Smart TV which meets all the desired standards expected from Samsung. I went for 5500 because I liked its finishing more than the 5300 J series which is newer version but had fatter edges & takes the flat screen effect away by some margin.

Its simply cool. I just love it. Its few months back I bought it and the performance is good.

Best smart tv if you don't want to go for a 3d or ultra hd model. Using it since 6 months. No issues with it. YouTube cast and sharing other media works quite well. I tried testing the picture quality tests offered by sony (they were a few videos and photos) and h5500 came out successful. So no doubt in its picture and sound quality which these sony guys complain.

it has a very good picture clarity but the sound clarity is not that great. I think it needs a little development in that area!

Excellent product. Though I have not explored all the features, youtube etc works very smoothly.

I bought this product from a croma shop where i got a very good deal.I got this TV for 52500Rs including philips Philips DSP 475U soundbar speakers woofers worth 13000 free.If i was not interested in the speakers, then he would have reduced another 3000rs making it at a steal deal of 49500 only. Though it may be about 1000rs more than what you get on amazon, it still is better to buy from a brick and mortar showroom than a online seller. Also I opted for finance with bajaj which came at an additional cost of just 250Rs for 9months without any other hidden chargers or interest, where as on amazon it costs another 2500rs extra for emi through credit card.Regarding TV i will update soon.
