I have considered various 50" models before taking the final decision to buy the Samsung 50NU7090. Initially, having a budget of Rs.30000, I thought of going for the cheaper brands like VU 50PM, iFFALCON 50K31, TCL 50P8E, being offered with all the available features at that price point. However, while going through the numerous reviews of the above brands, I wasn't totally satisfied even though there were more positive reviews. I would have always had a doubt for how long these TVs would work or the after sales service they would offer against the likes of LG, Samsung, Sony etc. which are big and very well established brands in the market. So, finally I decided to increase my budget and invest in a TV which would not only last long but would also give me peace of mind which I thing is very important. Finally I had three choices and it included the LG 50UM7290PTD, Samsung 50NU7090 and Samsung 50NU6100. Although all three are good, I personally opted for the Series 7 Samsung 50NU7090 over the Series 6 50NU6100 (offered at exactly the same price as series 7) and LG 50UM7290PTD (have Refresh Rate of only 50Hz). Coming to the service of Flipkart, the delivery was made within a day (Friday) as mentioned while placing the order and the installation was done on the next business day (Monday) by Samsung. The whole process was seamless with timely updates from Flipkart and Samsung. Overall, the picture and sound quality of the TV is good and as expected. I played a few HDR content from Netflix and the 4K TV came to life! Moreover, the TV supports Apple AirPlay 2 which is a delight for all the Apple users. Plus it has the Apple Music and Apple TV+ apps on board apart from the Netflix, Youtube, Disney+ Hotstar, Prime Video, Eros Now, Jio Cinema, Zee5 etc. Overall a good decision and totally worth to buy this TV! Thank you.

Value for money

Writing this review after 1 week, did plenty of R&D and shortlisted btw Samsung & Sony. Needless to say when it comes to TV, Sony plays a major role but ultimately Samsung does justice with its ultra hd content, pictures are so vivid & very lively. If anyone looking for 50 inches with decent price, please go for it. 😉

Really nice TV Picture quality is really good what you expect from Samsung. Also motion blur is very less as compared to Bravia TVs Talking about gaming, there is a bit of lag if played on normal mode. But when yoo turn on game mode, it switch to 1080p to provide low latency experience. Cons: No smart remote(some may prefer the given remote) Bluetooth connectivity would have been given. Only 1 USB Port No 3.5mm jack. Either us Optical or ARC

The TV is absolutely great. It is very easy to establish an Internet connection using WiFi Watching Netflix/YouTube/Prime on this 4K screen just an amazing experience. Also remote screen cast is very easy to do from Android/WindowsPC I also use this TV for some games like Forza Horizon 4, Rocket League, it gives great feel since the screen is 59Hz it get a nice smooth 60FPS on games at 4K (1440p for demanding Games)

Value for money. Sound quality could have been little better. Overall a good buy at this price. Installation was done next day of delivery day. I would highly recommend every buyer to register the product on Samsung website to check for warranty period and to raise any service request in near future as n when needed.

Superb... Tv.... But they didn't give... Wall mount stand... Value for money.... Sound quality... Is super.... Picture quality is nice... I will give 4.5 rating to this tv

No Bluetooth in the TV,and side view is also not good,smart remote can not be connected.Samsung is just online selling this TV.very slow refresh rate,sometimes from remote no response,no return is possible,so keep this in mind,flipkart will not going to help in return of this t.v.,I have waited for one month,and flipkart extended date in every 24 hours,and atlast same response that no return possible.no 5 g connection.have to give 3 rating as review of rating less than 3 not visible.

No bluetooth, no aux port , just the optical port is there for audio connectivity, else picture quality is really good

The TV set is OK but felt cheated when came to know that it can connect with 2G and not to 5G. The speed is slow.
