Good washing machine....using since 5 months no issues..works really good....The drum here is normal plastic...there is no diamond drum as specified in the specification...Flipkart need to change this in their specification...rest everything is ok....

I bought this washing machine from flipkart even though its available on Paytm at around 2K cheaper. The machine is good but SURF EXCELL FREE startup kit has not been delivered to me. I recommend buying this washing machine but where to buy needs to be decided YOU.

I purchased this product before 15days after so many enquiries, i received it before comited time and it working very well. One thing the demo given guy is not properly trained, i checked all options by myself. Overall good product..value for money..no abnormal vibrations....

Pros: 1.Using weekly twice 2. Good for small family 3. No complaints so far.. Cons: Some sound is coming not sure weather its normal or issue. Person came on time to fit and explain the features on next day. Good by got the order through Flipcart my favourite online website to order any product.

The machine is good with very good features. The Tub material is made of "plastic" and not Stainless steel. The specification in the site is wrong. No Diamond drum at all. No Wobble technology in this machine. The product is spec that is displayed for this washing machine relates to other Samsung model.
