Product is good. The swing and cool mode works fine. Look wise very good. Since it's a window type so it takes more space to fit in. Air throwing is decent. Only point is since the vent is not that big , so this can't cover a whole room. But at this range it's very good for 2 person not more than that.

Water level should always full for pump to function

Very disappointed. Delivered defected piece. Cooler motor is not working. I want to edit the review. I raised service request with Symphony. They come and informed that full water tank is mandatory for this cooler pump to function. So it is an overhead to fill the tank after few hours for cooling.
