I bought it for 13000 from a local store as amazon n few other e-commerce sites cancelled my order of cooler due to covid restrictions..This cooler weighs 18 kg..Symphony xl weighs 12 kgOrient top model weighs 13 kgN havells freddo series weighs 14 kg..This one has a tougher abs plastic with 16 inch 4-fin blades..It has a capacity of 72 l (4 buckets of water capacity in layman's language )The cooler has a air throw of over 15 ft n it is sturdy built than symphony n orient when I checked it at the showroom..The water seeps well through the honeycomb pads with filters n the cooling is awesome.The remote is same as the voltas window ac remote n it's got swing, timer function in the remote itself.The water low alarm beeps exactly after 12 hours 10 mins of continous running n it can be filled with a pipe or a mug as per liking..No, it doesn't have humidity control..But I feel it's a worthless feature as cooler can never give the same air as an AC..This cooler has no ice chamber..It is a lacking feature as far as other competitors go..Yet, its plastic build quality and basic cooler functions are better than the top competitors..Overall, it's a simple machine that will keep u cool for 12 hours n won't cost u more than a fan..It's for the pure cooler lookout persons..Not someone who wants fancy features n dream unsuccessfully of finding an ac in form of a coolerOverall, m happy with the purchase..Just like tata cars r better than maruti n Hyundai..Likewise tata voltas cooler is better than symphony or orient..

 Old and defected item (cooler ) suppliedWater tank is leaked. No crack or damage is seen by visually but when fill water it is leaked

Amazing work with fine& comfortable air,I think I advice to all to purchase but seller is not delivered the product on time.

Reviewing after 1 month of use, it is one of the best coolers in the market you can say. I went with it bcz it had Voltas name in it and so far i do not regret my decision. Keep in mind that takes some space but it very light to move around. It comes with a remote control and water level sensor, has swing option, 3 levels of speed adjustement. Good for a family use. But it is still a cooler dont expect an air conditioner.

After using of 5 months wheel has been broken. Other things are good

Keyboard arrived half peeled off. Not acceptable for the premium price. Functionally working. Remote is useful. Water level alarm and auto shut off pump is nice

Very good product, cool bleeze covered normal hall,attract out look also

Wheels were damaged , wheels pointer were missed thats why it was not fixable on product .if possible send proper wheels so that it can be fit

There is a leakage in the bottom of the cooler. Water leaked. Earlier I purchased voltas cooler and return it as fan collapse with direction controller. This new Voltas cooler I purchased, water leaked at the bottom broken inside. Very bad products of coolers are offered by voltas.

Very disappointing, I got a defective product & i raised complaint but neither Amazon nor Saller doing anything.
