this product model Asus very low quality metal ( slim & light weight.)charging 2 hrs only, problem is bottom design air circulation need better left side only laptop heat fan is there.sound effects super good qualitybut im playing game this laptop 1 hr maximum so not problemif u play 2 hrs laptop heat.. im using my learning purpose only this laptopim designer so i feel comfortable. don't play game 2 hrs or 3 hrs this laptopjust paly one hrs. this laptop all metal is low quality. supported for windows 10 64 bit only.this not a ROG series laptop. so use professional use only.u can run adobe cc and Ui Ux design... adobe after effects also working ( u can't handled rough - use smoothie ) don't use vlc playeruse kmp or other player bcz this laptop sound effects super good quality, vlc spoiled ur speaker

The OS is not very comfortable to work with. Wifi connection is not very good. But quite worth the price. Charge stays around 3-4 hrs eventhough it shows less in the taskbar(bug).

While the specs are pretty good, the build quality of the laptop as a whole is sub-par.One major disadvantage is the "bad" keyboard. It is not back-lit, no indication whatsoever about the 'caps', etc. Not happy with the laptop.

Don't buy at all.Too slow for 8gb RAM.OKish product.

product is good but not likes show in picture. Keypad nit good & i get screen broken wort service ever.after full charging only work 30-40 minutes.

Worst buid quality, not durable at all, heating issues in normal usage.. pathetic battery backup, Awesome 3w dual Woofer(sound).Had problem within 7days, and had to visit service centre. Never buy , better Buy R558UQ, sturdy build with 940mx. Regretting why I exchanged my R558UQ..

Not worth the price, please consider R558UQ.

This laptop went black out 6 months into its use initially. Thankfully the warranty covered it. It was a short circuit in the keyboard that caused it. And they replaced it. 1 year into usage, it went black out again. I paid to repair it. 2 years into usage, yup went black out again and yes short circuit in keyboard again. They told me to pay around 6-8k yo get the keyboard replaced only for it to go down the drain again. In short this laptop is an absolute garbage, and I called asus officials regards this recurring problem and they complained me of bad handling.

Very late delivery and faulty product.

Very disappointing. It lasted just one year after ants attacked the motherboard and there was not way to repair it!!! We checked with several technicians who really did their best.

When i get the laptop found battery issue so i have return the laptop
