Hello there! Asus naild it. Pros! 1 Display is amazing, wide angle display. 2 Backlight of keyboard is great with adjustable brightness. 3 battery backup 2:30 hour while running heavy games. Else it gives 4 to 6 hour while normal use! 3 hours while running editing apps! 4 Best graphic card support. 5 inbuilt cd reader/writer 6 hard disk speed is much greater then normal laptops! [7500rpm] Cons! Bulky thick, not very handy. Sound quality is not good [clarity is good it just lacks base so it sounds little flat else its good] . Written after using for one month. Very good and fast service by filipkart and asus rog 552VX came with 4 gb of nvidia 950 m graphic card in specification show 2 gb graphic card by mistac, so don't confuse 2gb or 4gb graphic card, i receive this notebook as on 19 sep 2016

GL552VX is suppose to be the entry to high end gaming. However I am doubtful looking at the 2gb GPU noted in the specs. In all other sites, discussion all over internet, GL552VX and all its variants come with 4gb Nividia GTX950m making this rig future-proof till 2020 at least, with care and a cooling pad. However even though 2gb (accompanied by i7 6700HQ) is good enough to run all current games in FHD at medium settings, I doubt if it will do the same for upcoming titles like Mass Effect: Andromeda, Mafia III, Sniper Elite V.3, etc. Still a good buy, for casual gamers you can play GTA V well enough in decent settings. Update: Finally after endless hours of research, I did buy it no surprise that it indeed came with 4GB NVIDIA GPU instead of 2GB as mentioned. So guys this is it. This is the machine you would want to rock on that upcoming Injustice or Battlefield 1. At this moment I am playing Arkham Knight on FHD and high settings (NVIDIA debris and rain included) and its working pretty smooth.

A good buy for a gaming enthusiast. Powerful machine. Handle all tasks smoothly. Brilliant display. Beautiful design. It stands out when compared to others. It has a SSD slot in case one decides to have one in the future. The left vent gets a little hot while gaming. Battery life is respectable, around 4 hours. Just One Word Awesome. pros:- 1)blazing fast processing speed. 2)Hard disk read write speed is super sonic all credit goes to its rpm . 7200rpm. i have got read and write speeds of upto 120mbps + 3)full Hd anti glare screen is just ossm. 4) speaker are good too if u set equilisers properly.(bass is little low but i cant say there is no bass at all) 5)backlit keyboard is just awesome. 6) keyboard feels very good while typing key strokes are very good. 7)it doesnt get heated up as all said , according this config its gonna get warm up thats all okay . 8)bagpack got in bix is also having very good material just that its height is little less it shud have been bigger but built quality is ossm. 9) i get almost 3 hours of battery backup on 50% screen brightness . 10)warrenty is also 2 years warrenty i contacted with asus india call center as asus dont have facility to check warrenty online on their website 11)Company packing was awesome 12)it has ssd slot as well as extra slot foradding up ram that means Asus have made this laptop by keeping in mind the future upgrades... 13) what more to say i am enjoying this lappy though i dont play much games but i loved the config nd bougt it for my work purpose. cons :- 1)battery backup could have been better .

This laptop is a beast. The product has high specification and praiseworthy performance. Such a product in this price range is very rare. Gaming on it is like water flowing down the stream.
