The display sports Gorilla Glass for protection. OPPO A6i+ 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. It comes with 8GB of RAM. The OPPO A6i+ 5G runs Android and is powered by a 7,000mAh non-removable battery. The OPPO A6i+ 5G supports 45W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the OPPO A6i+ 5G on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera.
