STRICT NO TO DIAKIN AC

Bought Diakin AC this year. Installation done was wrong. The AC is not working since installation. Company is not replacing the product even after repeated follow ups. There after sales service is pathetic. Better go for any brand but BIG NO FOR DIAKIN AC.

I bought daikin inverter and from starting itself product is damaged company not providing efficient service. recently again all parts get damaged suddenly and i called company serviceman he himself confuse. could not diagnose problem and they given parts replacement estimate of 20,000. i become foolish ,buying daikin inverter is worst decision . never buy Daikin inverter.its dustbin. waste of full money you spent on it. they recommond to buy new one and through this in scrap. how may i scrap my 40,000 invested in daikin inverter. Redflag for company intigrity and ethical practice towards customers.

Service issue

My 1.8 ton inverter AC got breakdown and it's being 15 days since the breakdown complaint is raise with Daikin, but no bother to attend the call even no call from Daikin. I tried on Instagram but of no help.

mental torture AND HARASSMENT

Hi. Im a lecturer of Biology. I bought the Daikin hot n cold AC 1.5 ton @40000, in 2021. since then Have been calling service centre only-- once a part got damaged. then 4 times gas leaked. This June again, there was no gas... Called service centre- they refused, bcz then dint know how to deal with it... got checked even by private, he filled in, assured me this would work-but aftr 10 days again-there is no gas.. and now its even not getting on. WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY IS IT??? SO CALLED BEST IN AC INDUSTRY???? IS ANYONE HEARING????
