About After Life Season 1 Web Series

Tony Johnson (Ricky Gervais), a newspaper writer at Tambury Gazette, is struggling to live a normal life after the death of his wife from breast cancer. Meanwhile, the Tambury Gazette hires Sandy (Mandeep Dhillon) with whom Tony tries to get along.

Tony's brother-in-law and the boss of the Tambury Gazette Matt (Tom Basden) organises a blind date for Tony. Even as Tony acknowledges the efforts of people around him who are putting in an effort, it's hard not to feel depressed.
